Online Grief Workshop
If you are a woman who has experienced the loss of a loved one due to illness and are looking for guidance to find your way forward… we’re here to help.
Are you feeling adrift and disconnected from the world, your friends, family, and even yourself? Are you struggling with difficult memories, anxiety, troubled sleep, guilt, low mood, lack of motivation, isolation, and more? Do you feel stuck in an endless loop, searching for meaning? Are you constantly wondering, “What now?” “What’s next?” “Why me?”
You don’t have to grieve alone.
It’s hard to imagine the heartache that comes with grief after a death loss. What you are feeling is valid and human. But, we’re here to tell you that even though you are in the darkness of grief – with therapeutic bereavement support – there is still life, growth, and transformation after a loss. It is possible.
This is an online grief support workshop for woman and have lost a spouse due to a terminal illness or critical condition such as: cancer, covid, a heart condition, lung conditions, etc. Facilitated by Pamela Giarrizzo, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) from The Dot team, this workshop takes a therapeutic approach focused on helping you to understand and manage your grief and all that can arise out of it.

What to expect…
Every session will have topics that will focus on trying to help you with a specific aspect of the grieving experience. We will be building on what has been shared and learned session-by-session. By the end of this workshop, you should have the tools and resources you need to guide your journey with grief into an opportunity for healthy personal growth.
It’s also important to connect with others who get it. Grief is monumental. It’s epic and can feel overwhelming, but when you make a remote connection with someone else who feels the same way, it can normalize your experience. As well as learning more about loss and how to cope, we hope this workshop facilitates making connections with others in a similar situation.
